調理師として蕎麦屋や給食センターに46歳まで勤務した後、アルコール性神経炎を患い歩行困難な状態となる。18歳頃から書き溜めたメモ書きを頼りに、当時の記憶を呼び起こしノートに自らが食べた料理のイラストと感想を描き続けている。
Itsuo Kobayashi
Born in 1962, lives in Saitama prefecture.
He worked as a chief at soba restaurant and lunch cooking centre until the age of 46. Mr Itsuo has been writing about the different foods he has eaten since the age of 18. At the age of 46, he suffering from Alcoholic neuropathy and now has difficulty walking. Now Mr Itsuo has been reading all about the food that he has experienced and has started to drawing pictures of them from his memory.
